Mitch Cannon
Lead Developer, Partner
Mitch Cannon possesses multiple qualities that every team seeks in a teammate. His strength of character and “never give up” attitude, forged during his service to the United States Marine Corps, have molded him into a natural leader. He leads his team by embracing and practicing the leadership concepts taught by “JJ Did Tie Buckle” (Google it) in the workplace. These principles, combined with his skillset, have enabled him to climb the ladder at every organization on his resume and become a vital part of each team. For example, his work product has been instrumental in enabling my company to be recognized by Inc. magazine as one of the fastest growing companies in America for five years in a row. He brings concepts to life and makes them better than the original vision. He is dedicated to his craft, in fact, his work is also his hobby. He is unselfish and takes considerable pride in raising the level of everyone on his team. His attention to detail and expectations of excellence do not prevent teams led by him from meeting their deadlines. When presented with a challenge, the phrase, “Improvise, adapt, overcome” best describes his attitude towards accomplishing the goal. He is dedicated to family, goal oriented, profit driven, an excellent teacher, fiercely loyal, and if Software Development was a sport…would be a first-round draft choice.
Jason Naumann
Co-Founder
Jason is a visual storyteller by nature, spending most of his time creating stories for everything from feature films to iPhone videos for social media.
His storytelling career began on the beaches of Hawaii, working as a cameraman for a non-profit organization where he traveled to shoot on-location in over a dozen countries throughout the world. Later, his talents landed him a new gig where he continued working behind the camera for an ESPN fishing show. Sick of nature’s beauty, he moved to the entertainment capital of the world to pursue filmmaking in Los Angeles.
In LA, Jason worked in the entertainment industry, while owning and operating his own video production company with his beautiful wife Angela. Jason has worked in all aspects of a production career, including directing, producing, and editing hundreds of corporate videos, music videos, short films, wedding videos, web series, commercials, and more. Of note are the two feature films in which he directed and produced.
While Jason has an impressive resume with years of experience, if pressed, he might tell you the productions he is most proud of are those of his three boys: Audric, Os, and Rock.
For the past decade, Jason has helmed the creative vision at GTMA, where he serves as co-owner and chief creative officer of the company. Any chance he gets, he continues to flex his creative storytelling muscles while investing in future storytellers.
